CT Low Dose
An X-ray examination of a part of your body with computer-generated, cross-sectional images of your insides. It may require intravenous injection of contrast medium into a vein, usually at your elbow or back of the hand.

- Images blood vessels and tissues
- Fast 2 hours prior to appointment
- Takes approximately 30 minutes to complete
CT Calcium Score
- Allows us to estimate your risk of heart attack/stroke
- No caffeine from midnight
- Takes around 15 minutes
CT Coronary Angiography
- Images the coronary arteries and chambers of the heart
- No caffeine for 8 hours prior, Fast 2 hours prior
- The scan will take 1-2 hours
CT Dual-Energy
- Renal stone analysis and gout investigation
- No preparation
- Takes about 15 minutes
CT Guided Injections
- Used on areas of extreme pain
- Typically targets the back and neck
- Takes around 15 minutes
CT Radiotherapy Planning
- Allows your Doctors to expose as little of normal tissue and as much of the cancer as possible
- Takes around 30 minutes
