Deepak graduated from Mysore University in South India in 1999 and undertook specialist training in the United Kingdom, completing his radiology training from North-East Scotland deanery. He then completed a fellowship in colonic and small bowel imaging from University College London Hospitals (UCLH) under the guidance of Professors Steve Halligan and Stuart Taylor in 2009 and subsequently completed a comprehensive abdominal imaging fellowship from Leeds Teachings Hospitals in 2010. He worked as a Consultant Abdominal Radiologist at Bradford Teaching hospitals and was affiliated with the Digestive Diseases Centre, Bradford. During this time, he was also the lead trainer for abdominal radiology at the Leeds Radiology Academy.

Deepak moved to Australia in 2013 and has been working with PRP radiology since. He is based in Sydney and currently manages our Hornsby practice. His main interests include all facets of abdominopelvic imaging and intervention. His particular expertise is in Body MRI, CT Colonography, Oncologic studies, female pelvic imaging and non-vascular interventions.
